Job Description:

• The company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Store Officer to manage inventory and stock operations. This role is critical for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring there are no shortages or excesses of materials.

   

  Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accurate records for all incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and identify items that need to be replenished.
• Prepare purchase requests and coordinate with the procurement department.
• Receive, inspect, and verify delivered items against order specifications.
• Issue materials to departments based on approved requests and maintain records.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile them with system data.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all items in the store.
• Report any discrepancies, damage, or loss of inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory and storage policies.
• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in inventory or store management.
  • Preferred: Experience with elevators, escalators, and related equipment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Knowledge of basic procurement and logistics processes is a plus.
