Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for managing all export-related financial transactions, from receipt realization to liaison with banks and internal departments. This role requires a strong understanding of export finance and experience with SAP.
Key Responsibilities
Export Finance Management:
- Manage and track all export receipts realization to ensure timely payment from international clients.
- Handle export discounting processes, including availment and realization of funds.
- Act as the primary point of liaison with banks for the realization of export proceeds and related banking activities.
Accounting & Compliance:
- Accurately post all realization entries in the SAP system.
- Manage the arrangement and renewal of Export Preferential Refund Claims (EPRC).
- Coordinate inter-department liaison for all export-related financial and documentation matters.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- MBA in Finance or M.Com.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, with a strong focus on export finance and banking liaison.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP is essential.
- Strong understanding of export procedures, banking documents, and financial accounting.
