Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse & Logistics Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Key duties include:

• Order & Inventory Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Manage warehouse stock planning, forecasting, and physical stock verification at month-end.
• Operations Oversight: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
• Dispatch & Returns: Prepare and review daily order vs. dispatch summaries. Supervise customer return stock and returns to the warehouse.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve operational issues such as delivery delays and routing problems.
• System Management: Oversee warehouse operations in SAP and SAMs (or similar ERP systems). Manage corporate supply operations from the warehouse.
• Reporting & Analysis: Oversee warehouse reporting and analysis to inform decision-making.
• Best Practices: Implement and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) and cold chain management practices to ensure product freshness.
• Other Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the company.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Experience in the dairy or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is highly preferred.

Skills:

• Working knowledge of SAP, SAMs, or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of cold chain management and inventory control principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and supervisory skills.
