Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics and Operations Manager to lead our supply chain and operations functions in Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage logistics, distribution, and overall supply chain operations.
• Develop strategies to optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor operations staff to drive productivity and efficiency.
   

Requirements:

• Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in operations, supply chain, and logistics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems is a plus.
