Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Officer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production operations, particularly within the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production and packing operations in accordance with company standards
• Ensure smooth workflow and output quality within the production department
• Coordinate with team members and maintain efficient production schedules
• Assist in implementing and optimizing ERP systems and production-related documentation
   

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in production and packing
   

Required Skills:

• Practical knowledge of production processes (preferably in the food industry)
• Strong understanding of production documentation
• Team leadership abilities
• Proficiency in computer literacy and ERP systems
