Job Overview:

Veer Sports Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the bags manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager – Operations to oversee and lead its Cut-to-Pack production process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily manufacturing operations and driving operational excellence across all production stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire Cut-to-Pack production process, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including production, dispatch, and workflow optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, waste reduction, and enhanced output.
• Ensure compliance with export standards, workplace safety regulations, and company SOPs.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Planning, HR, and other cross-functional teams.
• Prepare detailed reports and provide strategic input to senior/top management.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in bags, textiles, or similar industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing cut-to-pack production cycles.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and understanding of modern manufacturing practices.
