Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Resolve basic issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers for follow-ups and sales purposes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: F.A, ICS, or FSc. Final-year students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
