Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
     

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Hands-on experience with hotel HR/attendance software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and payroll systems.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate staff attendance records and coordinate payroll processing with the Finance department.
  • Oversee cafeteria operations, employee lockers, and address security-related matters.
  • Support recruitment activities, employee onboarding, and policy implementation.
