Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily Operations Management.
  • Ensure Performance & Quality Control.
  • Lead People Management initiatives.
  • Handle Customer & Issue Resolution.
  • Manage Financial & Cost Control.
  • Maintain Compliance & Safety standards.
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in courier/logistics operations, including at least 2 years in an area/regional management role.
  • Strong skills in communication, empathy, patience, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management.
