Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Social Media Executive will be responsible for:

• Executing social media content strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Creating and managing content calendars aligned with marketing goals, promotions, and product launches.
• Collaborating with internal teams (design, sales) and external agencies for content creation.
• Managing daily posting, community engagement, and audience interaction.
• Monitoring FMCG and retail trends to create relevant and timely content.
• Coordinating with influencers and brand ambassadors for campaigns.
• Tracking KPIs and generating reports on engagement, reach, and brand sentiment.
• Implementing new features (contests, giveaways) to increase brand awareness.
• Supporting the execution of paid social media campaigns.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of content trends and consumer behavior in the retail space.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Urdu.
• Familiarity with basic graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Spark.
