About the Role

R&I Electrical Appliances (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare management reports, financial statements, and account reconciliations. Assist with the monthly and annual closing processes.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
• Accounts Management: Oversee and manage the accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and relevant financial regulations.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for banks, external auditors, and internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is essential; experience with accounting/ERP software is required.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
