The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Deputy Manager to lead product development in our washing department. You will be responsible for creating and implementing washing techniques for our European clients, driving sustainability, and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the seasonal washing collection from concept to production for key European accounts.
• Independently research, formulate, and standardize chemical recipes to achieve desired garment effects (e.g., abrasions, finishes, shades).
• Implement and champion sustainable laundry practices to reduce environmental impact (water, energy, chemical usage).
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure projects meet design, cost, and timeline requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest European trends, techniques, and regulations in garment washing.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BSc in Textile Processing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Product Development Washing.

• Expert in Laundry Techniques and Finishes.
• Proven ability in Recipe Development and Chemical Management.
• Excellent Time Management and Project Leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
