Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Store Executive to manage the inventory and store operations for our company’s fleet in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring the timely availability of spare parts, and supporting the seamless functioning of our maintenance workshop.

 

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet inventory in the system.
  • Monitor stock levels of spare parts and consumables proactively to prevent shortages.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and physical counts, reconciling any discrepancies promptly.

Store Operations:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming spare parts and materials against purchase orders.
  • Issue parts and supplies to the workshop team based on approved requisitions, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Ensure the store is organized, clean, and complies with all company policies and safety standards.

Coordination & Support:

  • Liaise closely with the procurement team to initiate purchase requests for replenishment.
  • Coordinate with the workshop team to understand their parts requirements and support their maintenance schedules.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse/store operations, or fleet management.
  • Experience within the logistics, transport, or a related fast-paced industrial sector is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and record-keeping.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with an ERP or store management system.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in handling stock records and conducting audits.
  • Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination.
