Job Description:
NLC is looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – Cross Dock Sales to join its dynamic sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding cross-dock sales operations in Karachi and Faisalabad territories, based out of the Karachi (Sultanabad) office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for cross-dock logistics services in the assigned regions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transport sales, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics sector
