Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and qualified Warehouse Pharmacist to manage pharmaceutical inventory and ensure compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining warehouse operations in line with regulatory requirements and supporting efficient distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/SAP systems.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and other regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct regular stock audits and manage expiry tracking.
• Collaborate with supply chain and quality assurance teams.
• Handle documentation related to warehouse activities.

Requirements

• Education: Pharm-D degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse setting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of cGMP standards.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and experience with ERP/SAP systems.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
