PETPAK Films (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Officer/Executive Supply Chain to join its team in Sheikhupura. The selected candidate will play a key role in supplier management, procurement coordination, and ensuring smooth flow of materials from vendors to the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential suppliers
• Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
• Coordinate with suppliers and general contractors to follow up on requirements and commitments
• Monitor material delivery processes to ensure timely delivery to the site
• Track supplier performance and address end-user issues or concerns
• Develop purchasing strategies and ensure all supplies meet quality standards

Requirements

• Education:
  • BS Engineering or
  • BBA/MBA (Supply Chain Management)
• Experience:
  • 2–3 years of experience in local procurement
• Skills:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good negotiation abilities
