Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Network & IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure and provide technical support across the company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of networking concepts, system administration, and troubleshooting techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain company networks and IT systems
• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software
• Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
• Troubleshoot and resolve system/network outages
• Maintain documentation of IT policies, procedures, and inventory
   

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support and network administration
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, routers, switches, and firewalls
• Experience with Windows/Linux environments and system maintenance
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN setups
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in multiple shifts (Afternoon, Evening, Night)
