The ideal candidate will bring strategic HR insights and hands-on administrative experience, especially within a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR and Administration teams at Head Office and Factory
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals
• Oversee the entire recruitment process and ensure employee engagement and retention
• Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and administrative protocols
   

Requirements:

• MBA in Human Resources
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
