Position Overview

Surge Laboratories is seeking a meticulous and qualified Warehouse Pharmacist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and efficient management of pharmaceutical products within our warehouse operations. We are open to welcoming both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products in compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and minimizing discrepancies.
• Operate and utilize the company's ERP/SAP system for inventory management, documentation, and reporting.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure the warehouse environment meets required standards for temperature, humidity, and hygiene.
• Prepare and review necessary documentation for all warehouse activities, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the supply chain, quality assurance, and production departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure all safety and security protocols are strictly followed within the warehouse premises.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Pharm-D degree is mandatory.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are also welcome.
• Skills & Trainings:
  • Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) is essential.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Experience with or knowledge of ERP systems is required.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a significant advantage.
