Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager supports the planning and delivery of high-quality, therapeutic, and sanitary food services to patients, staff, and visitors, in accordance with dietary prescriptions and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the kitchen and cafeteria operations, including staff supervision.
• Help plan menus that meet the nutritional needs of patients and appeal to retail customers.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control for the food service department.
• Collaborate with clinical dietitians to ensure patients receive appropriate therapeutic diets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or Hotel Management.
• 3-5 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
