Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatch & Store Associate to manage store inventory and oversee dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock control, timely dispatches, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of proven experience in dispatch, warehouse, or store operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (ERP/WMS experience is an advantage).
- Solid understanding of stock movement, storage, and documentation processes.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with drivers, suppliers, and internal staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor dispatch schedules.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents (delivery notes, invoices, waybills).
- Receive, record, and issue materials/products accurately.
- Maintain stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Ensure safe, organized, and compliant storage of materials.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to meet deadlines.
- Assist with loading/unloading when required.
