Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatch & Store Associate to manage store inventory and oversee dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock control, timely dispatches, and smooth day-to-day operations.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in dispatch, warehouse, or store operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (ERP/WMS experience is an advantage).
  • Solid understanding of stock movement, storage, and documentation processes.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with drivers, suppliers, and internal staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor dispatch schedules.
  • Prepare and verify dispatch documents (delivery notes, invoices, waybills).
  • Receive, record, and issue materials/products accurately.
  • Maintain stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Ensure safe, organized, and compliant storage of materials.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to meet deadlines.
  • Assist with loading/unloading when required.
