Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This role combines human resources responsibilities with administrative functions to support our organization's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Functions:
- Manage full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle all HR documentation
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and assist with payroll coordination
- Support employee engagement initiatives and address grievance handling
- Assist with performance appraisal systems and training coordination
Administrative Functions:
- Oversee daily office administration and facility management
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
- Manage travel arrangements, documentation, and office correspondence
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or administration roles
- Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and maintain strict confidentiality
